Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a three‑year undergraduate program designed to develop the next generation of business leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs. The BBA provides a comprehensive understanding of how businesses operate—covering management principles, marketing strategies, financial analysis, human resource management, operations, and strategic planning. As globalisation intensifies and new industries emerge, BBA graduates are uniquely positioned to navigate the dynamic business landscape with confidence and competence.

The first year lays the groundwork with courses in business economics, financial accounting, business mathematics and statistics, organisational behaviour, and principles of management. Students develop analytical thinking, quantitative skills, and an understanding of economic forces that shape business decisions. Communication skills, business writing, and professional presentation techniques are emphasised from the start.

The second year deepens knowledge in core business functions: marketing management, financial management, human resource management, business law, and information technology in business. Students begin to identify areas of specialisation that align with their career interests, and many programs offer elective courses that allow deeper exploration of specific domains.

The final year integrates learning through specialisation tracks (marketing, finance, HR, international business, entrepreneurship), strategic management courses, and a capstone project or industry internship. Students apply their accumulated knowledge to real business challenges. Industry internships of 3–6 months at leading companies provide invaluable professional experience, networking opportunities, and often lead to pre‑placement offers.
